Walk Together 2024

Town centre, Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

Sign up today for Walk Together, our annual sponsored walk, and support children under 5 years with cerebral palsy and other motor learning impairments. With two routes, you can choose between a fully-accessible three-mile walk or a more challenging 15-mile trek across mixed terrain. It's a wonderful opportunity to get together with family, friends or work colleagues whilst raising vital funds for Dame Vera Lynn Children's Charity. There is a free BBQ provided at the finish by RRT. All paying participants also receive a free t-shirt and a medal.

With no statutory funding, we are asking participants to raise as much sponsorship as possible. While there is no minimum, we kindly ask participants to set a target of £125 per person in your team. Our focus this year is to reach more children with cerebral palsy and other motor learning impairments, who will benefit from the life-changing support we offer.

Entry £20. Children under 12 free (t-shirt and medal not included on free places)

Remember Me

People walk for many different reasons. If you are walking in tribute of a loved one, you can honour their memory by pinning their picture onto your clothing.

Terms and conditions

By completing the registration form, I acknowledge Dame Vera Lynn Children’s Charity is not liable for any accident, injury, loss or damage incurred during participation. Any participant who has a concern about their physical condition is advised to consult their own doctor before taking part.

We suggest an average walker might take about one hour to complete the three-mile route and about five hours to complete the 15-mile route. Under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
