Our Olympic format Team Relay Triathlon for ages 13+ returns in April 2025.

The event is run in waves of 12 swimmers with two to a lane to ensure no overtaking is required.

Swim completed it's into transition to bike five laps of the Velopark ride on smooth tarmac finishing off with a 2km parkland run.  You will then run back to the pool for the second teammate to take over.  All team members do a full mini triathlon. You will need 4 competitors per team with a minimum of 2 female members. All male teams or 75 percent male team are permitted and we will publish results for them but won't be eligible for prizes.
