Toilets will be available in the event HQ.

UKA rules prohibit the use of headphones with the exception of bone conductive headphones. you must nit in anyway interfere with you ability to hear both other road users and or instructions from staff at the event

It is possible to leave a small bag at the HQ for the event, this must be no bigger than a shoe box sized bag, ask registration team on the day.

Times Registration 17:30 - 19:00 (your team can register as they arrive, you just need to have your first runner registered on the start line at 18:25 ready for the start) Start 18:30

These will be issued at registration, to be carried on every lap and handed over to next runner on each lap.

Medal for all finishers... and trophy for first team.

We will have our event photographers popping up along the route taking pictures of you all. The event photographs will be available on our Facebook page shortly after the event, and on our online portfolio. All our photos are free to download and use.

As a step towards zero waste at our events, we are cup-less. This simply means that if you are not carrying a water bottle etc, you will need to bring some form of a cup. That way, we don't have to dispose of over 600 plastic cups! Before anyone suggests we are being tight, we only pay about £2.99 per 100 cups, it's simply a huge amount of waste! NO cups, this means there are No cups at the event for hot or cold drinks.
