The Regent's Park, LONDON. NW1 4NR
Get in quick to join us at this beautiful Royal Park - famous for its iconic 10K course and fast times across the board for runners at all levels.
Proudly holding London's most popular 10K in a park setting, you'll quickly see why more than 100,000 finishers have chosen The Regent's Park with its beautiful landscape and great race atmosphere.
Our Summer 10K Series returns in 2022 but those looking for a lighter challenge can join us for one of our 5K events and, if a 10K isn't challenging enough, maybe our spring Half Marathon is suitable! Participants should note that, with a 2-hour limit, the Half Marathon is recommended for intermediate runners only.
Running alongside London Zoo, lucky runners will spot camels, giraffes (or even some big cats!), while other sections of the course take you past the tranquil boating lake, floral gardens and centuries-old statues and monuments.
With acres of open space for relaxing and recovering with friends, you'll be able to make a great trip out to celebrate one of your fastest 5K, 10K or Half Marathon times, recorded by chip-timing on these officially measured courses.
There's no finish line feeling quite like The Regent's Park!
Event merchandise is available for purchase during registration for delivery by the following weekend when ordered by Sunday.

Rewards
All finishers will receive a medal on completing their event and, subject to a competitive field of participants, prizes may be available for the top three places overall - and the top place in each of the veteran categories (V40/V50/V60/V70) - for both females and males at each distance. Winners will be notified via email by the end of the following week once results are considered final.
Series Entry/Qualification
In order to satisfy eligibility requirements for The Regent’s Park Summer 10K Series Grand Prix, participants must finish at least 4 of the 6 available series races, the best 4 of which will then be used to calculate final positions (determined with respect to the highest cumulative score).
Cumulative scores will be calculated by automatically matching a participant’s name, gender, and date of birth, and allocating points with respect to their final position at each event. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure the details they provide during registration are consistent for all events throughout the series, and to notify our event timing partner as soon as possible where a discrepancy is identified.
Participants will be allocated 50pts for 1st, 49pts for 2nd, …, 2pts for 49th and 1pt for 50th+ for each individual event.
Categories will be determined using a participant's age on the 31st December of the calendar year in which the first event of the series takes place.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three places overall, and the top place in each of the veteran categories (V40/V50/V60/V70) for both females and males. Winners will be notified via email within two weeks of the final event where a presentation is not possible on the day, and/or once results are considered final.
In the event of a tie-break, the higher position will be awarded to the participant that has attended more events, then by age category (oldest first).
