UKA rules prohibit the use of headphones with the exception of bone conductive headphones. you must nit in anyway interfere with you ability to hear both other road users and or instructions from staff at the event

It is possible to leave a small bag at the HQ for the event, this must be no bigger than a shoe box sized bag, ask registration team on the day.

There are no toilets at the event, there are lots of local bars in the area.

Registration 18:00 - 18:50 Start On the bus for set off at 19:00 Start as soon as possible once we are at the start. Presentations 20:30 (or when all have finished)

We will have our event photographers popping up along the route taking pictures of you all. The event photographs will be available on our Facebook page shortly after the event, and on our online portfolio. All our photos are free to download and use.

The Descent 10k is a road race but, keep checking back as we are working on a trail version!
