Slight confused after the briefing
Really good event, a little cramped in transition though.
I think you need a big board to talk through the swim and bike route in the brief, as I was a little more confused after the briefing then I was before.
Original pack sent out seemed to indicate that the bike did a small additional loop, but that wasn't the case.
But everyone was lovely, and a really nice event.

It hasn't been possible to see the results as the it appears the Adult results site is not working properly.
Aside from that, it's a very good event.
Excellent event, nice lake, well organised, bike route closed to traffic and flat, and a flat run too..

Excellent event on closed residential roads and an A round which was mostly smooth.
The only negative point I would suggest would be the registration process. there were long queues even though I did have enough time to get ready and was on-time for the start, for some they had to rush to get ready. Hopefully this can be improved next year. P.S. the individuals managing the registration process were happy and very friendly. :-)

Just one suggestion - For the run drinks, maybe also have them on a table to take rather than only given by hand?

Fantastic value event, with a rare closed roads bike leg, lovely lake and great, friendly atmosphere
Swim (1400m) and Run (9.6km) came up a bit short for me but that's fine with the 42k bike.
Bike leg was fast stretches with 2 dead turns to negotiate, no hills (nothing over 2%) but it's undulating rather than flat. So nice to have closed roads though.
You wouldn't believe there could be a lake that lovely so close to the Dartford crossings!
Nice event, marshalls did a great job.
May be an idea next year to split the wave into male and female for the sprint rather than just randomly.
More food was needed at the finish line.
Perhaps a tea van next year - there were plenty of people milling around after the event so would have been worth the investment. Thanks for a great day.
