Will there be a feed station?

Yes, there will be a feed station and checkpoints with water on ALL courses. However, we always strongly advise that you carry enough of your own provisions to keep you going if in doubt.

Will there be refreshments at the finish line?

Yes, The Isle of Wight Meat Co. will be providing hot food, including a vegetarian and vegan range as well a range of drinks.

Yes, the route will be way marked with arrows.
