It's back, but it's better than ever and in a new location! Now at Mote Park with a fab event village and all within the park making it perfect for the whole family to enjoy. This event raises money for Kent Association for the Blind (KAB). It's you chance to be your very own Superhero! There will be a 5k and 10k run and also a Family Fun Run for all ages. Every finisher in the 10k & 5k will get a special medal and a finishers t-shirt. The 1 mile fun run also has a medal for all those finishing.
KAB support sight impaired people to live independent lives. They work with over 12,500 people with a sight impairment in Kent and the surrounding areas. For 100 years they have been working to prevent avoidable sight loss, delivery excellent support services and help people to live independently.

5k Entry fee: Advanced entries: £16 affiliated club members, £18 unaffiliated
On-the-day - £25 (subject to space)
10k Entry fee: Advanced entries: £22 affiliated club members, £24 unaffiliated

Fun Run: £4.50 per entry
ADVANCED ENTRIES OPEN UNTIL 1PM THE MONDAY BEFORE THE EVENT.
Under UK Athletics rules the minimum age for the 5k run is 11 years on the day, the 10k run is 15 years on the day. There is no age restriction for the Family Fun Run.
