This out and back canter takes place on the Leeds to Liverpool Canal, starting and finishing Kirkstall, about 2.5 miles outside the centre of Leeds. Whilst this flat route is not particularly technical, it’s a great opportunity for a PB.
Aid Stations - Runners will find well stocked feed stations every three miles.
