Race Options:

• Sprint Distance: 750m Swim, 20k Bike, 5k Run
• Standard Distance: 1500m Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run
• Aqua Bike Standard Distance: 1500m Swim, 40k Bike (perfect for those who prefer not to run)
• Team Relay - Standard Distance: 1500m Swim, 40k Bike, 10k Run (ideal for groups wanting to share the fun and challenge) - Min of 3 people
