Friendly and well organised.
For someone who’s a complete novice this was a great, friendly well organised run that was 100% inclusive for beginners like me. Looking forward to doing another event soon.
Nev
Very good event , well organised, friendly relaxed atmosphere, would definitely take part again.
Great event.
Excellent set up, welcoming and fully supportive. Fabulous Marshall, cake and coffee.
Give it a go.
Excellent multi terrain, lapped event with superb volunteers
A wonderful experience and great fun
The run was in such a beautiful setting and so well organised. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I run today specifically for Remembrance Day and was so pleased that all the marshalls out on track blew a whistle and we all stopped for a two minute silence, which was so poignant. Couldn't ask for a better experience today. Zig Zag your brilliant. It was lovely to meet so many lovely people also running. What a friendly bunch.
The race for runners that don’t like races.
Ideal for testing the waters for your first 5k-ultramarathon. The aid station is well staffed with great supplies, accessible toilets right next to it. Lovely friendly staff, you can’t get lost! No pressure everyone gets a medal. No competing (good and bad) you have no idea what goal anyone has. Very busy with prams, dogs and unobservant public (like a regular run) some areas so quiet you feel like it’s just you. Beautiful place to run and a good amount of elevation over the course of an ultra for us flat Fenlanders so it felt a good challenge. Great medal, cake and coffee and car park close enough to crawl too! Definitely be back. Great event and smoothly and professionally run
Great event, lovely route
Thankful you had the two minute silence. The route is a great mix, Marshalls really encouraging and perfect aid station
Lovely route, great support and really appreciated the 2 min silence at 11:00, thank you all
Excellent run, well supported and a great way to remember those we served with.
Really enjoyed the day, had a nice relaxing social run catching up with familiar faces and getting to run along with new runners too.
A great way to remember and reflect on those we served with.
Well done to Zoe, Steve, Martin, Emily and all the amazing helpers and marshals.
Always well run events
Always friendly and well run
Great Staff/Marshals
Good route but there was one hill which is over quick, the staff and marshals were very friendly and encouraging. The only downside was that we expected the medal to have a bit more colour
Excellent as always
The event is run by an excellent team who care for all runners new end old.
The team could not be more friendly.
Lovely welcoming run, beginner friendly, good fun
Lovely way to spend a bit of a Sunday!
Good atmosphere although as a newbie to running it’s a bit lonely
Didn’t expect the trail section the downward slope was quite steep now need a good physio before I go running again
Brilliant club
Amazing support and organisation as always from Zoe, Stephen, Emily and all the marshalls out there today with the added touch of a 2 minute stop to remember all those that gave their lives for our country.
Loved the flexibility on the day of running the distance that felt right for you
Think 3 laps should have a ‘name’ as they say ‘who is Doing 5k, who a 10k, a half? An ultra?’ But us ‘like to go a bit further but a half is a bit much’ crew seem a Bit forgotten
Brilliant
Thank
Fantastic in every way
Marshall so lovely thank you and organisation top class. The cake was amazing. Will be back Soon! Thank you for a lovely run .
Great experience for a 1st timer
I was made to feel welcome and liked the setup. Plenty of parking and well laid out course, marshals had big smiles and lots of encouragement, thank you. This was my first time and really enjoyed the experience. Cake was amazing along with a proper coffee it was worth the run to get the reward. The course map was a bit confusing for a newbee as there were several start points marked however I followed the course markers and didn’t get lost
