This is a very simple route as it's just up and back the coast. It was v well organised with lots of marshalls and it's flat so a good one for a PB. I did my second fastest time ever for a 10k so really pleased.

Great organisation but very chilled so you can really enjoy the run flat course so can go out for a PB or just plod along enjoying the route. Wonderful support by the stewards love this event see you next year !!
