This wonderful community race is instrumental in raising valuable funds for the Beckley Village Hall, an invaluable resource and central hub for the village. It is a vital part of village life and many of the wonderful organisations and clubs that reach out into the community make use of it's facilities; it provides a fantastic playground and is host to brownies and guides, a thriving horticultural society, the Women's Institute, regular health and fitness classes, lunch clubs, jumble sales and evening entertainment.
All funds raised go to supporting the general running of this hall, with the aim of keeping hire costs to a minimum for local people so that they continue their wonderful work in the community.
