The Men's 10K in Sefton Park is the perfect compliment to the Women's 10K which has returned to the Merseyside sporting calendar after many years.

The Men's 10K will take place after the completion of the Women's 10K which starts at 9.30am.

The course is two laps of Sefton Park one on the outside and one on the inside.

It promises to be a fast course in a fantasic setting.
