We'll look at the perfect body position, tackling corners, and how to brake effectively. Bike hire available from Greenrig Cycles. Book in advanced from the shop.

Led by two experienced coaches, there will be lots of opportunities for one-to-one support, video analysis, and demonstrations, in a safe, friendly, and encouraging environment.
