This Halloween themed running event is one you won't want to miss. The Sunday has seven  distances available, this event brings together runners of all abilities, to share memories in what they love to do. Reach the finish to enjoy tasty Halloween treats.

Runners will trail along the tranquil Leeds to Liverpool Canal (Kirkstall). This out and back route is an entirely flat route, making it perfect for beginners who want to take in the beautiful canalside sights.
The flat surfaces are also ideal for seasoned athletes who are looking to smash through their PB's.
There will be plenty of water and aids stations located throughout the course.

Getting to us:

The closest train station to Kirkstall is Headingley which is available on the Northern Service.

During the race important things to note:

We try to be cup-less: Our feed stations are normally around every three miles and offer drinks and a range of food but please bring your own re-usable cup or bottle.

Headphones: Most of our courses are off road but we still prefer you not to wear headphones as there are road crossings, marshals and other trail users that you need to be aware of.

Transfers/Deferrals: You can self-serve your transfer or deferral either on this website or “Let’s Do This” depending on where you booked. Please try not to change your event or details on the day as it causes delays and queues at registration.

If you are struggling, injured or want to retire please notify the closest marshal.
