Join us in the sleepy little village of High Easter for a cracking Sunday morning countryside 10k bursting with heart and community spirit.

Event Overview:
Commencing at 10am on Sunday 16th June 2024, the High Easter 10k is a fast and flat course held on quiet country lanes, starting and finishing in the picturesque village of High Easter. Now forming part of the Essex Championships, this race enjoys pretty landscapes, a wonderful community atmosphere and some super support for those who take to the tarmac. The race is open to all runners who are 15 years or older on the day of the race, with all competitors and spectators invited to join us in the village hall post-race for tea and cake to tickle your tastebuds and keep you going for the rest of the day. Enjoy the race-day buzz and be part of something special at the High Easter 10k this June.

This is a flat, single lap course which takes runners along the rural country lanes around High Easter.

A technical race t-shirt for all finishers (instead of a medal)
Cash prize if you BEAT the course record. This currently sits at £100 for the female course record and £100 for the male course record.
The previous records are 31:56 for the men, and 33:49 for the ladies.
As we will be celebrating Father’s Day on race day this year, we will also be offering a bottle of champagne to the fastest parent/child competitors, one for the fastest combined father & child race time and one for the fastest mother & child combination.

The village of High Easter is 7 miles northwest of Chelmsford, a short drive from both the A1060 and the B184 as they pass through the Rodings. Off street parking available free of charge close to race HQ.
