Love it as it's my fastest course two years running;-)

It’s hard to complain about such fantastic refreshments but the tea ran out☹️Otherwise fantastic

Perhaps a few warnings about how slippery the course gets when wet

More veggie sausages please - they ran out very early, whilst there were lots of meat sausages and bacon left.

We loved the event - even my husband and my daughter who were half convinced initially loved it!
We specially liked the absence of loud speakers and music, the scenery, and the bacon sandwich after the run (specially as it rained).

1. Split alphabet into 3 @ registration so that runners don’t get cold + wet waiting in a line of >40
2. Maybe explain to runners what should happen with the plastic discs and strips of plastic at registration
3. Advise runners where they pick up their Tshirt purchase. I was hurried aside perhaps in a quest to get through the long line
4. At end: Give out water bottle with medal so that runners aren’t told to get to the back of the bacon roll queue for their water.

not vegetarian food left when we had finished - all sold out - prosecco at the finish was a nice little gesture!

The event overall was very successful- the post-race food and drink arrangements were the best I have experienced in 50-100 events. Good T shirt as well. Thank you.
I loved the course too and the marshalling was top drawer.
One issue that I will note as you are asking;
Only one water station, at 6k. This is unusual (on the megaphone at the start it was stated there would be water at 3k). It didn't matter on a wet day like this but on a hot one this would certainly have been a problem.

But overall, great and I certainly plan to repeat.

Veggie option with the hot food would be a nice gesture

Results for 3k need to be posted faster. Never had to wait this long. Maybe chip time the 3k in future
