The perfect coaching session for those looking to build confidence on their mountain bikes. We will look at body position, finding flow on trails, and the all-important push-drop technique. Perfect for beginners, and those looking to revisit essential skills.
Led by two of experienced coaches, there will be lots of opportunities for one-to-one support, video analysis, and demonstrations, in a safe, friendly, and encouraging environment.
Own bike required. Helmet essential. Please bring water and a snack. Meeting information will be sent by email 5 days before the event.
