The event was fantastic 1st time I have taken part in it. Everything seemed to work & worked well. Benfleet running club marshals were excellent as well preformed their duties at really high standards. Definitely will recommend. Lcpl Banham.

This is the 3 rd time I have ran this event - last time was 2013 in the snow !
Which was stunning ! The Canvey wall in that wind and any time is a slog mind over matter -can be boring- the 1 st and last part is much more interesting & scenic . Lots of friendly faces and great atmosphere in places !

Fantastic event! Congratulations especially to all the marshals! The only criticism was the bottle neck caused at the kissing gate at the 1.6 mile point mark when runner density was still high. Some runners chose to ignore the mashals directions and vault a wide gate some 25 yards earlier and thereby gaining at least 30 seconds or more. This choke point should be removed for next time.

As a person that completes in around 3 hours, (this is just an observation) there are a lot of people that cross in front of you as you try to finish. I don't know if this could be funnelled in a better way?
This was my 3rd B15 and am already looking forward to next year. Well done for organising such a great event.

Thought the event was excellent - really enjoyed it!!

Was my first one and although a really tough course really enjoyed it

There seemed to be more kissing gates this year with no other option. This caused large bottlenecks and backups

Brilliant marshalls as always - super supportive, encouraging words, great snacks!

A really good, really challenging trail run. Marshalls were friendly. Shame the weather was very grey, as it didn't show off the great views as much as it could, but you can't control the weather, so nothing to do with the organisers!! The 2020 event was cold but the sky was very blue, so the course looked more amazing.

The organisers would be friendly to beginners, but it should be clear that the course is not - someone turning up for a fun run would be put off the sport for life!

Really appreciated the encouragement from all the marshals and especially from Lee, the tail runner.

Loved the vibe..

Couldn’t fault the organisation - even had Marshalls helping with the car parking. Clear emails sent beforehand so we knew what to expect, and plenty of enthusiastic Marshalls around the course.
