TRIATHLON ENGLAND - Event of the Year !!

As the last weekend race of the season, our Autumn Duathlon is a hugely popular event. A chance to finish your season in style!. Held in the safe traffic-free environment of the Hillingdon Cycle Circuit at Minet Park there really is something for everyone.  

PLEASE NOTE THAT ENTRIES ARE BASED ON YOUR AGE ON 31 DECEMBER 2023 NOT ON YOUR RACE DAY AGE - THERE CAN BE NO EXCEPTIONS

Please ensure you enter the correct race for your age group

We have separate races for all age groups from 6 to 14 and Adult races (15+).
JUNIORS (15+) are welcome to compete in the Adults event

Please ensure you enter the correct race for your age group.

TRISTAR (8 & Under) - 400m run / 1.5km bike / 200m run

TRISTAR 1 (9/10) - 800m run / 4km bike / 400m run

TRISTAR 2 (11/12) - 1000m run / 6km bike / 800m run

TRISTAR 3 (13/14) - 2 km run / 7km bike / 800m run

ADULT Super Sprint - 2km run / 10km bike / 1km run

ADULT (17+) - 3 km run - 15 km cycle - 1.5 km run

All timings will be confirmed nearer the race date however we will start with the adult races at 8.45am and should be complete by approximately 2pm
