This winter, ATW bring you TriFitX - a dynamic fusion of endurance and strength-based activities in a high-energy environment that is bound to get your heart racing.

Perfect for athletes looking to push beyond traditional racing, TriFitX is designed to test strength, stamina, and mental grit. Whether you're competing against others or just challenging yourself, this is your chance to experience the ultimate fitness event. Are you ready to take it on?

Tackle a pool swim, indoor row, bike, and run, before finishing with the ultimate grip and core test: the farmers walk, at Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre:
- 400m Swim
- 1.5km Indoor Row
- 5km Indoor Bike
- 3km Indoor Run
- 400m Farmers-walk (carrying 2 x12kg women, 2 x 18kg men)

Kick off with a 400m swim—choose your favorite stroke (backstroke excluded) and dive in! Next up, challenge yourself with a 1.5K row on an indoor Concept2 rower, then power through a 5K ride on a spin-style stationary bike. Lace up for a 3K run on a belted treadmill, and finally, finish strong with a 400m Farmers Walk outside (weather permitting), completing four determined loops. It’s the perfect mix of endurance and strength to push your limits and have some fun!

Each activity will be timed and your result based on all 5 times added together.

All finishers will receive a unique medal.

The event will start at 6pm and head in to the evening.
