About Monday Nights (from Feb 2024)

Wild Running membershipWe have a Monday evening group, which meets every other Monday of each month. We run off-piste along the Trails of the South Hams.

All abilities are catered for, from relative beginners to advanced runners. As long as you can run 5m on any surface.

Evening runs from October to March are generally Night Runs, and head torches are provided by our guides. Night running adds another dimension to the Wild Running experience, but suitable footwear and clothing will be required for prevalent weather conditions.

Usual distances for evening Wild Runs are approx 6-7 miles, roughly 10km, and usually last around 1-1.5 hours, depending on location and terrain. The evening is generally rounded off with a drink, cheesy chips and chat in a nearby pub.
