The Race Pass (replacing Day Membership) is a British Triathlon membership product. All participants who enter a race at a permitted event must be a Core or Ultimate British Triathlon member or purchase a Race Pass. A Race Pass includes:

• a race licence

• membership to the sport on the day of the event

• third party public liability insurance

The date used for determining age with respect to purchasing the correct Race Pass is 31st December in the year of the event.

Motorhome parking at Bucklers Hard for 1 night only pre-race. Arrival 3pm Saturday 5th July 2025. Depart Sunday 6th July 2025 post race. 

Parking for motorhomes overnight in the gravel coach car park, no hook up available - you must be self sufficient.

Camping spot at Moyles Court School for New Forest Triathlon Event. Camping for the night before the race, Saturday 30th August 2025.

£30 per tent/vehicle (up to 2 people, kids are free)

Toilets and showers available onsite - 100m walk from camping area. Please bring a headtorch! 

Tents and campervans allowed but no electic hook up for campers. Entry from 3pm on Saturday 30th August. Must be packed up and left site by Sunday 31st August 16:00.
