The 4 Week Personal Coaching Plan

A chance to try 1-2-1 Online Coaching, with a 4 week plan and support to get you making real strides during the coming month!

With this option, participants get access to 4 weeks of Training Plans and support, from when yoiu sign up. The one off fee gets you access to Training Peaks, the user friendly, online platform that Joe uses to prescribe plans and monitor progress. On this, you get a 'planner' where you can view your plan and your weekly workouts, access video demos for each workout and explanations on how to do them.

If you are an OutFit Member, your OutFit group sessions can be put onto the plan as well, or any existing activities you wish to keep, if appropriate to yoiur goals, as part of your regime. As a coaching customer, your coach receives alerts when you've completed your workout, and it's a great way of gaining focus, accountability and a structure to your exercise routine, with quality workouts within a structured programme.

4 weeks is a long enough period to lose condition, and also to make real progress - so here is a great opportunity to ensure that in a month's time - the latter happens for you!
