Bright orange emergency whistle (this is mandatory on all winter events)

We highly recommend you add a plastic whistle to your running kit. Those little things attached to your running pack are just useless (go give it a blow!) and don’t get us started on those metal ones, do you really want to stick a piece of freezing metal in your mouth on a frosty day!
