Loved todays marathon, lovely route, hills, but not too steep, easy trails with a bit of mud, a few nice long downhills, brilliant water and snack stops

Tough but rewarding
A clean crisp Sauvignon Blanc & some fois gras wouldn’t have gone a miss at a couple of the aid stations. But otherwise, a well run event with excellent signage!

This is definitely value for money. Even when you mentioned in the briefing that the medals were eco friendly I was expecting that you had moved to wood. Glad that I was proved wrong. I have completed a few races with you and I have managed to get some more on board.

Tough course, well organised, great atmosphere.
I really enjoyed the marathon course. It was tough but it was worth it. As usual congratulations on fantastic signage, brilliant marshalls and pit stop create a fantastic vibe. These races are for trail runners. There is no fuss, nothing over the top, just really well organised by people that care.

A tough course on chalk after lots of rain. A good test on a wonderful course. No frills organisation, friendly people at check points and excellent signposting. Left me wanting to do more!

Really enjoyable morning
Massive credit to everyone who helped organise this event. So professional and easy. Route was marked out perfectly. No chance of going the wrong way at all. Due to the rain we had over the previous days, it made a lot of puddles which can be really hard to move round and the chalk on the tracks was extremely slippery. This isn't an event for a PB but if you want to have fun and just enjoy the run and scenery. This is the event to do! Great morning. I will be returning.

A really decent half marathon trail event with an abundance of undulation that isn't overly brutal like some trail races.
