FAQ:
Race breifs: will be sent out 1 week out before events.
Event numbers: event numbers will be picked up at registration on the morning of the event.
Bag drop: there isn't an official baggage drop but you can leave stuff at the start where the aid table is but is left at your own risk.
Running with animals: it is not permitted to participate with any animals.
Head or ear phones: we recommend that you don't use them for safety reasons, but if you do it's at your own risk.
Finishing: after finishing you will get a medal and a goody bag.
Results: results should be published within 24hrs of the event finishing.
Aid tables: on the 6 hour timed events there'll be an aid table every lap with liquids like water, squash, fizzy drink and a selection of foods available (Events will be cup and bottle less so you will have to bring a cup or bottle with you for fluid refills), you are welcome to leave your own drinks or food at the aid table for you to have but we advise you mark it with your name.
