Liv is a yoga teacher (and keen runner!) She will be offering morning yoga sessions to compliment our weekend of running. Whether an experienced yogi or a total newbie, the sessions will be beneficial to all, helping to build a mind and body connection. The benefits of yoga are endless, a few including: increased energy, flexibility, strength, pain relief, improved sleep and improved mood. The perfect addition to any runner's routine!
